With Compass Home Inspections, LLC home watch service, you can rest assured your home is in our professional care while you’re away. Compass Home Inspections, LLC will make every effort to provide services tailored to your needs.  The home watch services we provide include:

  • Regularly scheduled inspections in and around your home.
  • Provide a detailed report at each inspection to include date and photos via email on the status of your home.
  • Notify you immediately of any issues found so they can be addressed quickly.
  • Confirm that the home is secure at each inspection.
  • Monitor any maintenance services that you contract, i.e. lawn service, snow removal, energy services, etc.
  • Make sure that temperature control systems are operating properly, i.e. thermostats, furnace, air conditioning, etc.
  • Check for moisture and pest intrusion.
  • Report/address any issues following power outages.
  • Pick up any flyers or packages left at your home.
  • Allow access for scheduled maintenance contractors or scheduled deliveries.
  • Water plants.
  • Provide specified items in refrigerator prior to your return.
  • Provide a light cleaning prior to your return.
